Couldn t believe how good the service was! Emailed at 8:40pm on a Sunday and had a reply back in minutes. They called at 9am the next morning, engineer was with us by 10, quotes presented to us 15 minutes later, and when we agreed, he got to work straight away. Work was done by 12! Couldn t have been a simpler experience, would highly recommend!
Really efficient service. I contacted on telephone and engineer was booked for next day, calling with an hours notice. At 10.00am got the call and engineer arrived in the hour. He was really pleasant and efficiently worked out what the problem was with a signal not going through a Sky box/distributor. The office then called to confirm price, work was done on the spot - and checked all working on the TV - with a new distributor and then payment made to engineer. Could not recommend more highly
Arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Whole job was completed quickly and efficiently.
Identified the problem and advised on the best way to remedy the problem. Also helped to move and replace heavy furniture.

Excellent service, prompt and very helpful with my problem. Didn t charge me a call out fee as didn t need any work doing. Would use them again if I have any problems .
The engineer fixed the problem uickly. However twice there were automated messages postponing the appointment.
